The device is high in integration degree, capable of conducting material distribution and paving at the same time, high in construction efficiency and good in construction quality, the flatness of the road surface is improved, hollowing of the road surface in the later period is greatly reduced, the service life of the road surface is prolonged, and the safety of driving on the road surface is improved.
