The invention discloses an offshore water area steel pipe pile lofting method which comprises the following steps: a, placing and fixing a positioning device near a steel pipe pile construction position; b, carrying out coordinate positioning on the positioning device by utilizing a total station; c, according to the relative position of the positioning device coordinates and the steel pipe pile lofting coordinates, the device rotation system angle and the first hydraulic telescopic rod telescopic amount are calculated; and d, the steel pipe pile is hoisted through the positioning device. According to the invention, the coordinates of the offshore wading steel pipe pile can be precisely lofted, so that the horizontal coordinate positioning precision and the perpendicularity positioning precision of the hoisted steel pipe pile are ensured. In the whole operation process, the total station only needs to be used for measurement twice, so that the steps of frequently adjusting the position of the prism and repeatedly using the total station for measurement to ensure the lofting precision in the traditional lofting process are omitted, and the lofting efficiency is improved. The positioning device has the function of adjusting the sag of the steel pipe pile and has high accuracy on horizontal coordinate positioning and perpendicularity positioning of the steel pipe pile.
