The expanded-base steel pipe pile comprises a steel pipe pile body, an expanded-base mechanism and a grouting mechanism; the steel pipe pile is divided into an upper steel pipe section and a lower steel pipe section from top to bottom; the base expanding mechanism comprises a plurality of expanding arms, an expanding block and an extension plate, the expanding arms are evenly and annularly arranged on the side wall of the lower steel pipe section, and one ends of the expanding arms are movably connected with the lower steel pipe section; one end of the extension plate is attached to the end, away from the lower steel pipe section, of the extension arm. The opening blocks are arranged on the side faces, facing the steel pipe piles, of the extension plates. The grouting mechanism comprises a grouting pipe, a grouting ring and a supporting ring, the supporting ring is arranged in the lower steel pipe section, the grouting ring is fixedly arranged on the supporting ring, a plurality of grouting nozzles capable of penetrating out of the nozzle holes are formed in the surface of the grouting ring, and the grouting pipe communicates with the grouting ring. The rock-socketed pile foundation is simple in structure, convenient to operate and suitable for being shallowly buried in a soft stratum.
