The invention provides a novel anchor rod static pressure pile construction structure and a construction method thereof. The novel anchor rod static pressure pile construction structure comprises a first anchor rod, two pile feet, a second anchor rod, a main beam, a secondary beam, a steel pipe pile and a jack. The pile feet are fixed to the raft through first anchor rods arranged in the first anchor rod holes in a penetrating mode and a plurality of first nuts. The second anchor rod is connected with the pile foot through the anchor rod connector; the second anchor rod is screwed with a second nut at the same height; the main beam is erected on the second nuts, and second anchor rods are arranged at the two ends of the main beam in a penetrating mode correspondingly. The secondary beams are erected at the two ends of the main beam respectively and provided with second anchor rods in a penetrating mode respectively. The second anchor rod is screwed with a third nut above the secondary beam; the bottom of the jack is placed on the steel pipe pile through a base plate; the top of the jack abuts against the bottom of the main beam through a cushion block. According to the novel anchor rod static pressure pile construction structure and the construction method thereof, the requirement for the space of a construction site is extremely low, limitation of the site space is avoided, and anchor rod static pressure pile construction can be conducted indoors or in a narrow space and other sites.
