The invention provides a multidirectional loading detection device and method for pile foundation bearing capacity, the detection device comprises a rack and a detection unit, the detection unit comprises a first motor, an arc-shaped supporting plate, a sliding seat, an arc-shaped sliding groove, a power mechanism and a loading assembly, and the loading assembly comprises a hydraulic cylinder, a mounting plate, a pressing plate and a pressure sensor. The detection device further comprises a protection assembly, the protection assembly comprises a plurality of protection rods, a protection net, a shear fork mechanism and a driving mechanism, the detection device further comprises a fixing assembly, and the fixing assembly comprises a drill rod, a third motor, an elastic plate, an insertion nail and a rotary disc. The pile foundation can be subjected to multidirectional loading detection; by arranging the protection assembly, protection can be achieved, and higher safety is achieved; by arranging the fixing assembly, along with increase of loading, the elastic plate deforms, the contact supporting area between the elastic plate and the ground is gradually increased, and the stability of the device is gradually improved.
