A slope rotary folding fire hydrant comprises a base and a main pipe assembly, a valve clack assembly is arranged in the base, a valve rod assembly is arranged in the main pipe assembly, and a lead screw nut assembly is arranged at the top of the valve rod assembly; the top of the main pipe assembly is connected with a five-way body assembly through a slope rotation structure, and an operating rod assembly is arranged in the five-way body assembly and connected with a lead screw nut assembly through a universal joint. According to the inclined plane rotary folding fire hydrant, the inclined plane rotary structure and the universal joint are arranged, so that when the inclined plane rotary folding fire hydrant is in a use state, the longitudinal axis of the five-way body assembly coincides with the longitudinal axis of the valve rod assembly, namely, an elbow is removed, and water flow is prevented from steering, so that the pressure loss is reduced; when the inclined plane rotary folding fire hydrant is in an unused state, the longitudinal axis of the five-way body assembly is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the valve rod assembly, and the five-way body assembly can be hidden underground, so that the passage rate of a road is increased, and water resource waste caused by the fact that the hydrant body is knocked down is reduced.
