The invention provides an upper and lower wallboard connecting structure and a fabricated building adopting the connecting structure, the connecting structure comprises two prefabricated wallboards and a plurality of connecting pieces, the bottom of the upper wallboard is provided with a plurality of bottom assembling grooves, and the top of the lower wallboard is provided with a plurality of top assembling grooves; an adjusting base plate is arranged on the connecting piece, the height position of the adjusting base plate is adjustable, the lower portion of the connecting piece is embedded in the top assembling groove, the upper portion of the connecting piece is embedded in the bottom assembling groove, and at least part of the adjusting base plate is attached to the lower end face of the upper wallboard so that the upper wallboard can be supported to directly face the lower wallboard in a vertically spaced mode; a plate gap between the upper wall plate and the lower wall plate is filled with cast-in-place concrete, and the bottom assembling grooves and the top assembling grooves are further filled with the cast-in-place concrete. In the invention, the assembly construction operation is convenient and fast, the connecting piece and the cast-in-place concrete can form a steel-concrete wet node or other forms of high-strength wet nodes, and the connecting structure strength and the application reliability of the upper and lower wallboards are ensured.
本发明提供一种上下墙板连接结构以及采用该连接结构的装配式建筑,该连接结构包括两面预制墙板和多个连接件,上墙板底部开设有多个底部装配槽,下墙板顶部开设有多个顶部装配槽;连接件上设有调节垫板并且调节垫板的高度位置可调,连接件的下部嵌置于顶部装配槽中、上部嵌置于底部装配槽中,至少部分调节垫板与上墙板的下端面贴合以将上墙板承托至与下墙板上下间隔正对;上墙板与下墙板之间的板隙通过现浇混凝土填充,并且现浇混凝土还填满各底部装配槽和各顶部装配槽。本发明中,装配施工操作方便快捷,连接件与现浇混凝土能形成钢混湿节点或者其他形式的高强度湿节点,保证上下墙板连接结构强度和应用可靠性。
