Lightweight composite steel wallboard
A light-weight composite steel wallboard comprises a base plate, a covering film on the upper surface of the base plate and rock wool or a gypsum board on the lower surface of the base plate. Wherein the base plate is a coated steel plate, the yield strength of the base plate is larger than or equal to 360 MPa, the tensile strength of the base plate is larger than or equal to 420 MPa, the ductility of the base plate is larger than or equal to 10%, and the thickness of the coated steel plate ranges from 0.25 mm to 0.35 mm. While the thickness of the substrate-plated steel plate is reduced, the strength and deformation resistance of the steel plate are not reduced, the lightweight of the whole composite steel wallboard is realized, the purposes of reducing the product cost and expanding the market application scale are achieved, and the composite steel wallboard is suitable for interior wall wallboards of various public buildings.
一种轻量化的复合钢制墙板,其包括:基板、基板上表面的覆膜、基板下表面的岩棉或石膏板;其中,所述基板为镀层钢板,其屈服强度≥360MPa,抗拉强度≥420MPa,延伸率≥10%,镀层钢板厚度为0.25~0.35mm。本发明通过对基板‑镀层钢板在其厚度减薄的同时,不降低钢板的强度和抵抗变形的能力,实现整体复合钢制墙板的轻量化,达到降低产品成本、扩大市场应用规模的目的,适用于各类公共建筑的内墙墙板。
