The invention relates to an interlocking device which comprises an interlocking assembly and at least two drawer side plates, the drawer side plates are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, a sliding groove is formed in each drawer side plate and comprises a locking section and a sliding section which are communicated with each other, the locking section is longitudinally arranged, and the lower end of the locking section is communicated with the starting end of the sliding section; the drawer side plates are provided with sliding sections, the sliding sections are obliquely and upwards arranged in the depth direction of the drawer, the drawer side plates and the interlocking assembly slide and interact through the sliding grooves, and when the connecting position of the interlocking assembly and one drawer side plate is located on the sliding sections, the contact positions of the interlocking assembly and the other drawer side plates are all located in the locking sections of the sliding grooves of the drawer side plates. The invention further provides a drawer cabinet adopting the interlocking device.
