The integrated clamping groove type aluminum alloy door plate comprises an aluminum alloy extrusion profile body, covering films are arranged on the upper side face and the lower side face of the aluminum alloy extrusion profile body, reinforcing ribs are arranged in the aluminum alloy extrusion profile body, and the reinforcing ribs and the aluminum alloy extrusion profile body are of an integrally-formed structure. Edge sealing grooves which are arranged in parallel are formed in the circumferential direction of the aluminum alloy extrusion profile body, and sealing edges are arranged in the circumferential direction of the aluminum alloy extrusion profile body. According to the integrated clamping groove type aluminum alloy door plate and the edge sealing technology, the plate is firstly coated with a film, then the aluminum alloy extrusion profile body is cut according to the needed door plate size, then edge sealing is conducted, the edge sealing groove and the limiting buckle are connected in a clamped mode, the buckle is connected to the middle of the circumferential bending portion of the aluminum alloy extrusion profile body in a clamped mode, and the edge sealing effect is good.
