In order to solve the problems that an existing clean room observation window is troublesome in installation and poor in sealing performance, the novel color plate closed observation window structure is provided, first installation cavities are formed in the connecting positions of the two sides of an inner frame and the two sides of an outer frame, and a first light-transmitting glass plate is arranged in each first installation cavity; the periphery of the first light-transmitting glass plate is connected with the first mounting cavity through sealant, first positioning mounting grooves are formed in the left side and the right side between the outer frame and the inner frame correspondingly, a plurality of clamping openings are evenly formed in the first positioning mounting grooves at intervals, clamping fixing plates are arranged on the two sides of the fixing frame correspondingly, and the clamping fixing plates are connected with the clamping openings in the outer frame in a clamped mode. A second mounting cavity is formed in the periphery, connected with the fixing frame, of the clamping fixing plate, an external clean room color steel plate is arranged in the second mounting cavity, the structure is simple, clamping and mounting are convenient, and the sealing performance is improved through sealant.
为了解决现有的洁净室观察窗安装麻烦、密封性差的问题,本发明提出一种新型彩钢板密闭观察窗结构,内框与外框两侧的连接处均形成第一安装腔室,每一第一安装腔室内设有第一透光玻璃板,第一透光玻璃板四周通过密封胶与第一安装腔室连接,外框与内框之间的左右两侧均设有第一定位安装槽,第一定位安装槽上间隔均匀设有多个卡接口,固定框架两侧均设有卡接固定板,卡接固定板与外框上的卡接口卡接连接,卡接固定板与固定框架连接的四周处形成第二安装腔室,第二安装腔室内设有外部洁净室彩钢板,结构简单,卡接安装方便,且采用密封胶提高密封性。
