Urine collection system
The urine collection system comprises a collection cup, a peristaltic pump and a collector, a water inlet pipe and a leading-out pipe are arranged on the collection cup in a communicating mode, the water inlet pipe is tangent to the cup wall of the collection cup, a leading-in pipe is arranged on the collector in a communicating mode, and the peristaltic pump is arranged between the leading-out pipe and the leading-in pipe in a communicating mode; the bottom of the collector is communicated with a blow-off pipe and a urine extraction pipe, the blow-off pipe is communicated with a self-priming pump, and the urine extraction pipe is communicated with a multi-channel injection pump. The system is high in practicability and convenient and simple to use and operate, urine can be rapidly collected and sampled through the system, the collected sample is directly pumped to the detection device through the multi-channel injection pump to be detected, the whole process does not need manual operation and is clean and sanitary, and meanwhile after urine sampling and detection are completed, the detection efficiency is greatly improved. The whole system can be automatically cleaned, and the sanitation and cleanliness of the whole system are ensured, so that the subsequent urine detection precision is improved.
本发明一种尿液采集系统,包括采集杯、蠕动泵和收集器,采集杯上连通设置有进水管和导出管,进水管与采集杯的杯壁相切,收集器上连通设置有导入管,蠕动泵连通设置在导出管与导入管之间;收集器的底部连通设置有排污管和尿液抽取管,排污管上连通有自吸泵,尿液抽取管上连通有多通道注射泵。本发明实用性强,使用操作方便且简单,通过该系统可以实现尿液的快速收集采样,收集后样本再通过多通道注射泵直接抽送到检测装置进行检测,整个过程无需人为手动操作,干净且卫生,同时在尿液采样检测完成后,能够实现对整个系统的自动清洗作业,确保整个系统的卫生清洁度,从而提高后续尿液的检测精度。
