A modular structure has a frame including capping beams defining an outer periphery of the structure at a top of the frame, capping corner brackets connecting consecutively arranged capping beams, foot beams defining an outer periphery of the structure at a bottom of the structure, foot corner brackets connecting consecutively arranged foot beams, and intermediate beams extending between the top of the frame and the bottom of the structure, each intermediate beam being secured with one of the roof corner brackets and with one of the foot corner brackets. A roof supported on the frame includes an arm positioned on one of the roof corner brackets. And a turnbuckle fixed at a position closer to the top of the frame than the bottom of the structure, and fixed at a position closer to the bottom of the structure than the top of the frame.
