Fabricated building grouting material and construction method
The invention provides a prefabricated building grouting material and a construction method. The grouting material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40 to 50 parts of cement, 35 to 45 parts of aggregate, 0.2 to 0.5 part of cellulose, 1.2 to 2.6 parts of water reducing agent and 0.3 to 0.8 part of defoaming agent. The method comprises the following steps that S1, preassembling is conducted, specifically, an embedded steel bar and a semi-grouting sleeve are connected into a whole in a threaded mode, and the steel bar is inserted into an inner cavity of the semi-grouting sleeve; s2, pipe arrangement is conducted, specifically, an exhaust pipe is installed on a supporting assembly and then installed in a slurry discharging opening, and the exhaust pipe is inserted between the embedded steel bars; s3, grouting is conducted, specifically, grouting materials are continuously poured into an inner cavity of the semi-grouting sleeve from a grouting opening; when the height of the grouting material is flush with the lowest point of the grout discharging opening, the grout discharging opening is filled and plugged through a plugging piece, and at the moment, the tail end of the exhaust pipe penetrates out of a center hole of the plugging piece; and S5, pipe sealing: when grout in the exhaust pipe begins to overflow, sealing the tail end of the exhaust pipe until the grouting material is solidified. According to the method, air in the sleeve can be smoothly exhausted, and the safety of the fabricated building is improved.
本发明提出了一种装配式建筑灌浆料及施工方法,所述灌浆料包括以下重量份的原料:水泥40‑50份、骨料35‑45份、纤维素0.2‑0.5份、减水剂1.2‑2.6份、消泡剂0.3‑0.8份。该方法包括以下步骤:S1.预装:将预埋钢筋与半灌浆套筒螺纹连接为一体,将钢筋插入半灌浆套筒的内腔;S2.置管:将排气管安装在支撑组件上,然后其安装到排浆口中,使排气管插入预埋钢筋与钢筋之间;S3.注浆:将灌浆料从灌浆口向半灌浆套筒的内腔中持续灌注;S4.堵孔:当灌浆料的高度与排浆口的最低点平齐时,用封堵件填塞并堵住排浆口,此时排气管尾端从封堵件的中心孔穿出;S5.封管:当排气管中开始溢浆时,封住排气管的尾端,直至灌浆料凝固。该方法能够顺利的排出套筒中的空气,提高装配式建筑的安全性。
