Preparation method of toughened resin permeable ceramic material with negative Poisson's ratio structure
The invention relates to a preparation method of a negative Poisson's ratio structure toughened resin permeable ceramic material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: setting the size and structural data of a concave angle structure with negative Poisson's ratio characteristics; obtaining a slice file with a certain slice thickness; providing a photocuring 3D printer and ceramic slurry; preparing a green body of the concave angle structure; cleaning the concave angle structure green body; degreasing and sintering to obtain the ceramic sample piece with the concave angle structure; performing surface treatment; and immersing a negative Poisson's ratio ceramic sample piece with a concave angle structure into the dental resin material and the thermosensitive polymerizing agent so as to permeate the dental resin material and the thermosensitive polymerizing agent into pores of the ceramic sample piece with the concave angle structure, and curing to form the toughened resin permeable ceramic material. According to the preparation method, the two problems of toughness of a ceramic material and low mechanical property of a resin material are solved through the combination of the structure and the double materials.
