As a green and environment-friendly gel casting system with high solid loading capacity and low viscosity, the gel casting system is used for preparing ceramic elements with high quality and complex shapes. The poly-gamma-glutamic acid gel system provided by the invention has a unique three-dimensional network structure, can realize preparation of high-performance and high-precision ceramic, and is convenient to popularize and apply.
