The invention provides a cable-stayed bridge main tower upper cross beam and tower crown construction method which comprises the steps that S1, after two middle tower columns are closed, main tower pouring continues to be conducted through a creeping formwork, S2, anchor bolts are pre-buried in the inner walls of the two sides, corresponding to the transverse bridge direction, in a closed area cavity, brackets are fixed through the anchor bolts, and distribution beams in the bridge direction are arranged above the brackets, and S3, the main tower upper cross beam and tower crown construction is conducted. Outer molds corresponding to the upper cross beams are arranged through a creeping formwork system, steel bars corresponding to the upper cross beams are bound in the outer molds, and the steel bars corresponding to the upper cross beams are connected with the steel bars corresponding to the tower columns; and S4, the upper cross beam is poured through concrete by adopting a horizontal layering method, so that the upper cross beam and the closure area are poured into a whole.
