The invention discloses a temperature-controllable concrete structure and a concrete temperature control method, the temperature-controllable concrete structure comprises a concrete body, a driving source and a cooling medium, a prestressed duct is arranged in the concrete body, the driving source is communicated with the prestressed duct, and the cooling medium can be driven by the driving source to flow in the prestressed duct according to a set direction; the invention discloses a temperature-controllable concrete structure and a concrete temperature control method, which are characterized in that the interior of prestressed concrete is cooled in an air cooling manner by depending on the original prestressed duct structure of the prestressed concrete; meanwhile, the cooling medium which absorbs heat and is heated is discharged into the cover body and can preserve heat of the concrete body, the defect that a large number of cooling water pipes need to be arranged in a traditional cooling mode is overcome, the integrity of the structure is improved, and the construction cost is reduced.
