The foundation leveling device comprises a U-shaped supporting frame, a traction structure is arranged on one side of the U-shaped supporting frame, crank structures are arranged on the inner walls of the two ends of the U-shaped supporting frame, the bottoms of the crank structures are movably connected with a first U-shaped mounting frame, and the bottom of the first U-shaped mounting frame is connected with a base through bolts; a circular cavity is formed in one end of the bottom of the base, a compaction roller is inserted into the circular cavity, a second buffer assembly is arranged at the top of the compaction roller, a mounting groove is formed in one side of the bottom of the base, a compaction seat is inserted into the inner wall of the mounting groove, and the cross section of the compaction seat and the cross section of the mounting groove are both funnel-shaped. The compaction base is used for being matched with the compaction roller to conduct continuous compaction operation, double compaction performance is formed, buffering and damping treatment is conducted on the compaction base and the compaction roller, the compaction base and the compaction roller are made to fully meet the uneven construction site, and the leveling performance of the whole device is improved.
