The invention relates to the technical field of building foundation construction, in particular to an iron tower hole digging foundation construction method which comprises the following steps: digging a foundation pit; a grouting channel in the vertical direction is excavated in the side wall of the foundation pit; the side face of the grouting channel communicates with the foundation pit. The at least two grouting channels are arranged in an array by taking the foundation pit as a center; a grouting pipe is pre-buried in the grouting channel; the upper end of the grouting pipe is used for feeding grout, and the lower part is used for discharging grout; mounting a retaining wall structure in the foundation pit; grouting holes are reserved in the side wall of the retaining wall structure; the grouting holes are communicated with the inner side and the outer side of the retaining wall structure; the mud jacking pipe is located on the outer side of the wall protecting structure. Concrete pouring is conducted in the retaining wall structure; after the poured concrete meets the preset requirement, pressure grouting treatment is conducted from bottom to top in a layering mode through a grouting pipe; and grouting treatment is conducted on the inner side of the retaining wall structure. The stability of the iron tower hole digging foundation is improved, the bearing capacity of the hole digging foundation is improved, the settling volume is reduced, and the construction cost is reduced.
