The invention relates to a construction method of a foundation pit close to a subway tunnel, which comprises the following steps of: 1, partitioning the foundation pit, dividing the side far away from a subway into a plurality of large partitions, and dividing the side close to the subway into a plurality of small partitions; underground diaphragm walls, engineering piles and trestle stand column piles on the periphery and in stages are constructed; 2, excavating a first layer of earth; 3, one large subarea close to the subway is excavated downwards till a foundation slab is completed; 4, the basement structure of the large partition is constructed back to the portion, close to one side of the small partition, of the underground first-layer structural beam plate; the adjacent small partitions are excavated downwards until the foundation slab is completed; step 5, completing the beam slab of the underground first-layer structure of the large subarea, and dismantling a second concrete support; underground first-layer structural beam plates are constructed in the small partitions; and 6, the first supporting trestles of the large subarea and the small subarea are synchronously dismantled, and synchronous construction is conducted till the basement roof structure is completed. Jumping pit excavation is adopted, small partition excavation intervenes in advance, and the construction speed is increased.
