Foundation pit dewatering device and method
The foundation pit dewatering device comprises a dewatering foundation pit, a first mounting seat is fixed to the bottom of the foundation pit through bolts, a cross beam is locked to the surface of the first mounting seat through screws, and a first supporting plate is fixed to the surface of the cross beam through bolts. Supporting beams are symmetrically arranged on the side face of the cross beam in the length direction of the cross beam, the ends, away from the cross beam, of the supporting beams are open, telescopic beams are arranged in the supporting beams, driving assemblies for driving the telescopic beams to stretch out and draw back are installed in the supporting beams, and second supporting plates are fixed to the portions, extending out of the openings of the telescopic beams, of the supporting beams. The supporting device has the beneficial effects that the distance between the first supporting plate and the second supporting plate can be adjusted according to the requirement of a foundation pit to meet the supporting requirement of the foundation pit, and soil loss of the inner wall of the foundation pit during dewatering operation is reduced; in addition, the filtering assembly is arranged between the first mounting base and the second mounting base, so that water on the inner wall of the foundation pit can slowly flow to the extraction area through the water holes, and meanwhile, flowing of soil impurities can also be blocked.
本发明公开了一种基坑降水装置及方法,包括降水基坑,基坑底部通过螺栓固定有第一安装座,第一安装座的表面通过螺丝锁附有横梁,横梁的表面通过螺栓固定有第一支护板。所述横梁的侧面沿其长度方向对称布置有支撑梁,支撑梁远离横梁的一端开口,支撑梁内设有伸缩梁,支撑梁内安装有带动伸缩梁伸缩的驱动组件,并通过伸缩梁的开口延伸至其外部固定有第二支护板。有益效果:能够根据基坑的需要调节第一支护板与第二支护板的距离,来满足基坑支护的需求,降低在降水作业时,基坑内壁的土壤流失;另外,在第一安装座与第二安装座之间设有过滤组件,可以使基坑内壁处的水通过水孔缓慢流动到抽取区域,同时也可以阻挡土壤杂质的流动。
