The invention relates to a sound wave transmission method foundation pile detection device which comprises at least two take-up mechanisms, each take-up mechanism comprises a take-up cylinder, each take-up cylinder is used for rotating around the axis of the take-up cylinder to take up and pay off a cable so as to lift up and drop down a transducer at the end of the cable in a sound detection pipe, and each take-up mechanism further comprises a power unit for driving the take-up cylinder to work; the take-up barrel comprises a center shaft structure and an outer barrel body which are arranged in a split mode. The take-up barrel further comprises a clutch connecting structure, the clutch connecting structure is used for connecting the center shaft structure and the outer barrel body so that the center shaft structure and the outer barrel body can rotate synchronously, and the clutch connecting structure is further used for disconnecting the center shaft structure and the outer barrel body so that the outer barrel body can rotate relative to the center shaft structure so that the relative depth of the transducers can be adjusted. The sound wave transmission method foundation pile detection device further comprises a controller, and the controller is used for controlling the power units of the take-up mechanisms to act synchronously so as to drive the transducers to ascend and descend synchronously when the clutch connecting structures are connected with the corresponding center shaft structures and the outer barrel.
