The invention relates to a method for filtering and draining mud in a drag suction dredger cabin and an implementation device thereof in the technical field of dredging, a filtering and draining device is additionally arranged in the drag suction dredger cabin, the mud in the cabin is separated by using a filtering and separating technology, and the separated water is discharged out of a mud cabin through a pipeline. The implementation device comprises a straight cylinder type filtering drainage device and a plate frame type filtering drainage device. Each of the straight cylinder type filtering and draining device and the plate frame type filtering and draining device structurally comprises an inner framework layer, a middle filtering layer and an outer protective layer. Slurry in the cabin is separated through a filtering and separating technology, and filtered water is discharged out of the cabin, so that the effective loading capacity and the loading operation efficiency of the trailing suction dredger are improved.
