The invention provides an outer wall heat preservation structure and a construction method thereof, and relates to the technical field of outer wall heat preservation, the outer wall heat preservation structure comprises plate bodies and sealing parts, each plate body comprises an inner layer, an outer layer and a heat preservation plate arranged between the inner layer and the outer layer, and the multiple plate bodies are used for being attached to a base layer wall in an I-shaped laying mode; the two opposite side faces of the heat preservation plate are each provided with at least one extending part, and the at least one extending part is sequentially arranged in the direction from the inner layer to the outer layer. Clamping groove parts are formed between the adjacent extension parts, between the inner layer and the extension part close to the inner layer and between the outer layer and the extension part close to the outer layer, and the clamping groove parts extend towards the center direction of the insulation board; and the sealing piece is arranged in the clamping groove part, so that a zigzag seam is formed at the butt joint of the two plate bodies. The zigzag seam can increase the path of the butt joint gap between the adjacent plate bodies, the difficulty of heat and water passing is increased, and the heat insulation, heat preservation and waterproof effects are improved.
本发明提供了一种外墙保温结构及其施工方法,涉及外墙保温技术领域,包括板体和密封件:板体包括内层、外层以及设于内层与外层之间的保温板,多个板体用于以工字型铺设方式贴在基层墙体上;保温板的相对的两个侧面分别设有至少一个伸出部,至少一个伸出部沿内层向外层的方向依次排布;相邻伸出部之间、内层与其靠近的伸出部之间以及外层与其靠近的伸出部之间形成卡槽部,且卡槽部朝保温板中心方向延伸;密封件,密封件设于卡槽部中,使两个板体的对接处形成曲折形接缝。本发明设置的曲折形接缝能够增加相邻板体间对接缝隙的路径,加大了热量以及水通过的难度,提高隔热、保温与防水效果。
