The invention relates to the field of building base structures. The invention discloses a building anti-seismic base structure and a using method thereof, and aims to solve the problem that when a building is impacted by natural disasters such as earthquakes or debris flow and inclines towards one side, a base at the bottom of the building is inevitably and synchronously inclined along with inclination of the building. The traditional base is gradually sunken into the building foundation, and the traditional base cannot restrain the sinking trend once sinking into the building foundation due to heavy weight, and finally, the deeper and deeper sinking is realized, so that the anti-seismic effect is poor. According to the structure, by means of the inclined sinking impact force borne by the base, the impact force is fed back to the base in real time so that the base can be rapidly adjusted to be in the horizontal state, and the effect of avoiding large-angle inclination of a building is achieved.
本发明涉及建筑基座结构领域。本发明公开了一种建筑抗震基座结构及其使用方法,本发明要解决的问题是当遇到地震或者泥石流等自然灾害对建筑物造成冲击使其往一侧产生倾斜时,其底部的基座也不可避免的随着建筑物的倾斜同步倾斜,并且逐渐下陷到建筑地基内部,传统的基座由于自身重量较重,一旦下陷至建筑地基内便无法抑制住下陷的趋势,最终越陷越深,抗震效果不佳。本结构通过利用基座受到的倾斜下陷的冲击力,实时利用冲击力反馈至基座使其快速调整回水平状态,以避免建筑物出现大角度倾斜的效果。
