A second ball head is fixed to one end of the connecting rod, a first ball head is fixed to the middle of the connecting rod, the connecting rod penetrates through the sleeve, the first ball head is connected with the first ball head seat in a matched mode through a first damping pad, and the second ball head is connected with the second ball head seat in a matched mode through a second damping pad. The anti-seismic effect of the curtain wall plate can be improved.
