The invention discloses a photovoltaic tile assembly and a roof photovoltaic system. The photovoltaic tile assembly comprises photovoltaic tiles, a first end frame and a second end frame, one end of the photovoltaic tile is connected with the first end frame, the other end of the photovoltaic tile is connected with the second end frame, and the first end frame can be matched with the second end frame; the photovoltaic tile comprises at least two photovoltaic cell assemblies and at least one connecting frame, the adjacent photovoltaic cell assemblies are connected through the connecting frame, and the photovoltaic cell assemblies are in a flat plate shape. According to the photovoltaic tile assembly, the production difficulty and the production cost are effectively reduced; at least two photovoltaic tile assemblies can be pre-assembled before leaving a factory and can also be assembled on site, so that the construction cheapness is improved.
