Two pairs of connecting rods are hinged between the two pairs of vertical rods A which are fixedly connected through two parallel cross rods, and the two pairs of connecting rods enable the two pairs of vertical rods A to be overlapped in parallel; and the outer sides of the pair of vertical rods A are provided with structures for preventing the vertical rods A from toppling under the traction of the photovoltaic panel bracket.
