The maintenance device comprises a movable frame body, a liftable crawling module and a controller are arranged on the movable frame body, a water supply pipe is fixed to the liftable crawling module, an electromagnetic valve is arranged on the water supply pipe, the outlet end of the water supply pipe is detachably connected with a mouth-shaped spraying pipe or a U-shaped spraying pipe, and the mouth-shaped spraying pipe or the U-shaped spraying pipe is connected with the controller. A concrete column to be cured can be sleeved with the mouth-shaped spraying pipe, a concrete beam to be cured can be sleeved with the U-shaped spraying pipe, and the four walls of the inner side of the mouth-shaped spraying pipe and the three walls of the inner side of the U-shaped spraying pipe are each provided with a plurality of atomizing nozzles. The controller is connected with the liftable crawling module and the electromagnetic valve, the controller is further connected with a plurality of humidity sensors, and the humidity sensors are used for being arranged on a to-be-maintained concrete column or a to-be-maintained concrete beam. The concrete surface humidity condition can be monitored for automatic spraying maintenance, waste of manpower and water resources caused by maintenance is reduced, the maintenance cost is reduced, and the maintenance effect is guaranteed.
