The invention provides an annular beam body anchoring system and a construction method thereof.The anchoring system comprises steel wire gridding cloth and a tensioning device, the steel wire gridding cloth is hooped to a to-be-reinforced area of an annular beam body, the two ends of the steel wire gridding cloth coincide and are anchored to the tensioning device, and the tensioning device is used for applying pretension to the steel wire gridding cloth; wherein the steel wire gridding cloth and the to-be-reinforced area are anchored into a whole through the solidified bonding material layer under the pretension applied by the tensioning device. According to the annular beam body anchoring system and the construction method thereof provided by the invention, the problems that irreversible damage is caused to a beam body structure and the large-tonnage surrounding hoop reinforcing requirement cannot be met in a current surrounding hoop reinforcing mode for the annular beam body can be solved, and the reinforcing effect and quality of the annular beam body are improved.
