A reliable operation cross arm is connected to an isolation knife of an intelligent outdoor vacuum circuit breaker or an operation switch on an outdoor column, the operation cross arm can rotate, rotation of the isolation knife is achieved through rotation of the operation cross arm, and connection and disconnection of the outdoor vacuum circuit breaker can be achieved through rotation of the isolation knife. A clamping groove is formed in one side of the operation cross arm and comprises an inclined groove communicated with the top of the cross arm, and a limiting part with the horizontal height higher than that of a cross arm body is further arranged at the end, away from the center of the cross arm, of the clamping groove.
