The embodiment of the invention provides a photovoltaic sun-shading device capable of intelligently adjusting the angle between unit curtain wall layers, and relates to the field of photovoltaic sun-shading. Comprising an upper cross beam, an interlayer bottom cross beam, an opening sash and photovoltaic glass, a first opening keel is hinged to the outer end of the upper cross beam, and a second opening keel is connected with a special window opener; the periphery of the back side of the photovoltaic glass is fixed to the opening sash through structural adhesive, aluminum alloy safe edges are arranged on the vertical edges of the two opposite sides of the photovoltaic glass, the light sensation sensor and the rain sensation sensor are connected with an indoor controller through cables embedded in the aluminum alloy safe edges respectively, and the controller is connected with a special window opener. The intelligent driving device is adopted, the light sensation sensor is utilized, different angles are turned on at different times, solar energy is fully utilized, the power generation efficiency is improved, light transmission of the photovoltaic glass is low, sunlight irradiating into a room is reduced, heat radiation is effectively prevented, the good sunshade effect is achieved, and automatic closing is achieved on rainy days through the rain sensation sensor.
