Preparation method of novel three-dimensional porous biomass derived carbon foam (PCF)
The invention discloses a preparation method of a novel three-dimensional porous biomass derived carbon foam material. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: cleaning and drying naturally growing sea grass serving as a raw material, and directly preparing by a one-step calcination method. The experimental method adopted by the invention is simple to operate, low in cost and easy to control, experiments can be repeated, and no harmful waste is generated in the preparation process. The obtained three-dimensional porous biomass derived carbon foam wave-absorbing material has the advantages of good microwave absorption performance, low density and wide effective absorption frequency band. The invention provides an ideal substrate for constructing a dielectric magnetic nano composite material. The good microwave absorption performance of the material can play a good role in electromagnetic radiation and pollution of electronic equipment, and the material has a wide application prospect.
本发明公开了一种新型的三维多孔生物质衍生碳泡沫材料的制备方法。本发明以自然生长的苔菜为原料,清洗烘干后通过一步煅烧法直接制得。本发明采用的实验方法操作简单,成本低,易于控制,可以重复实验,且在制备中无任何有害废弃物产生。获得的三维多孔生物质衍生碳泡沫吸波材料具备其良好的微波吸收性能的同时有密度小,效吸收频带宽的优点。本发明为构建介磁纳米复合材料提供了一个理想的衬底。其良好的微波吸收性能可以对电子设备的电磁辐射和污染起到良好的作用,具有广阔的应用前景。
