The invention relates to a preparation method of a renewable ceramic filler, which comprises the following steps: S1, blending river sediment and domestic sludge with a foaming agent, an adhesive and water, baking, cooling, crushing and sieving to obtain a coarse material; s2, carrying out ball milling granulation on the coarse material to obtain a precursor; s3, carrying out gradient heating on the precursor to 100-120 DEG C, keeping the temperature constant, and cooling to obtain a product; wherein the adhesive is prepared from the following components: modified chitosan, vaseline, glucose, kaolin and water; the modified chitosan is a product obtained by reacting chitosan with cysteine. According to the invention, common soil and sludge are adopted as base materials and are matched with a special adhesive and a foaming agent, and a porous ceramic filler structure with relatively ideal morphology can be formed after heat treatment, so that the attachment, metabolism and regeneration of flora are facilitated, and wastes in sewage can be efficiently and continuously treated.
本发明涉及一种可再生陶瓷填料的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:S1、将河道底泥和生活污泥,与发泡剂、粘合剂和水共混烘烤,然后冷却、粉碎并过筛,得到粗料;S2、将所述粗料球磨造粒,得到前驱体;S3、将所述前驱体梯度加热,直到100‑120℃,恒温,冷却,得到产物;其中,所述粘合剂采用的成分,包括改性壳聚糖、凡士林、葡萄糖、高岭土和水;所述改性壳聚糖为壳聚糖与半胱氨酸反应所得产物。本发明其采用的基料为常见泥土和污泥,配合特殊的粘合剂和发泡剂,经热处理后可以形成形貌较为理想的多孔陶瓷填料结构,有利于菌群的附着、代谢和再生,从而能高效、持续处理污水中的废物。
