The construction method sequentially comprises the steps that the I-shaped steel beams are erected on the bridge piers, all the bridge piers located in the middle are jacked through the jacking mechanism, balance weight is carried out in the sagging moment section, the concrete prefabricated sections are installed in the hogging moment section, full bridge assembling is carried out, and the concrete prefabricated sections are installed in the sagging moment section. Cast-in-place concrete and internal prestressing tendon construction of an upper structure are completely omitted, full-assembly construction of the steel-concrete composite bridge is achieved, the construction period is remarkably shortened, and the later maintenance cost is reduced.
