The invention discloses a positioning device for a prestressed steel strand in a prestressed beam and a construction method thereof.The positioning device comprises a vertical pull rod, a plurality of transverse adjusting rods and fixing rib bases arranged on the transverse adjusting rods, the vertical pull rod is arranged in the prestressed beam in the vertical direction, and fixing steel plates are arranged at the two ends of the vertical pull rod; the fixed steel plate is bound and fixed in the prestressed concrete beam; the transverse adjusting rod is horizontally arranged on the vertical pull rod in the distribution direction of the prestressed steel strands and movably connected with the vertical pull rod, and a positioning adjusting groove is formed in the transverse adjusting rod. The fixing rib base is movably arranged in the positioning adjusting groove and used in cooperation with the prestressed steel strand. According to the positioning device, the vertical pull rod, the transverse adjusting rod and the fixing rib base are arranged, so that the prestressed steel strand in the prestressed beam can be flexibly positioned according to needs during use, and the positioning device has the advantages of being simple in structure, flexible and convenient to use and high in positioning efficiency.
