A horizontal supporting plate is arranged on one side of the vehicle body and used for containing a to-be-loaded bridge beam plate, the two ends of the horizontal supporting plate are in transmission connection with the vehicle body through lifting assemblies correspondingly, a horizontal dragging assembly is arranged on the side, away from the horizontal supporting plate, of the vehicle body, and a feeding assembly is fixedly connected to the top of the vehicle body. The feeding assembly is used for installing the two ends of a to-be-installed bridge beam plate on the two adjacent bridge stand columns. According to the invention, the to-be-mounted bridge beam plate is hoisted to the mounting part without common operation of a plurality of cranes, and the to-be-mounted bridge beam plate is laid and taken at any time in a truck accompanying manner, so that the operation is convenient and fast, the safety is greatly improved, the production efficiency is improved, and the construction cost is saved.
