The invention relates to the technical field of bridge reinforcement, and discloses a road and bridge prestress reinforcement technology which comprises the following steps: S1, preparing a steel wire and a bridge: shearing the steel wire to a required length by using a wire cutter, polishing and removing rust for later use, and pre-burying a connecting anchor bolt on the bottom end surface of the bridge according to a preset position; according to the road and bridge prestress reinforcing technology, after the impact hand drill is used for punching and hole forming in the bottom end of a bridge according to the preset hole position, residual ash in a hole is removed through the hole cleaning air gun, cleanliness of the interior of the hole is guaranteed, then chemical liquid medicine is poured into the hole, the liquid medicine is mashed through the connecting anchor bolt, and rapid rotating stirring is conducted; the method comprises the following steps of: firstly, placing a connecting anchor bolt into a hole to ensure that the liquid medicine is uniformly smeared on the connecting anchor bolt, then, placing the connecting anchor bolt into the hole, adjusting the connecting anchor bolt to ensure the perpendicularity, and then, standing for 2 hours to anchor the connecting anchor bolt on a bridge, so that the connecting anchor bolt is more stable and does not loosen.
