The invention relates to an adjustable traffic information collecting and guiding device which comprises a driving motor, a power transmission part, a lifting part, a supporting part, an information collecting and adjusting part, a traffic guiding display part and a box body. The power transmission part transmits power to other parts through gear matching and chain transmission; the lifting part realizes longitudinal free lifting through cooperative operation of the fixed lifting part, the continuous lifting part and the jacking part; the information acquisition regulation and control part realizes transverse free extension and retraction of an information acquisition middle-layer plate through gear engagement, realizes movement distance multiplication of an information acquisition upper-layer plate through driving of a fixed chain, and realizes synchronous movement of the front and rear information acquisition upper-layer plates in different strokes by changing the tooth number ratio of lifting gears on the front and rear sides; the traffic guidance display part realizes information guidance of roads and different intersections through different combination modes of traffic guidance screens, and can realize information acquisition and traffic guidance under working conditions of different heights and different distances.
