The garbage screening and collecting box comprises a box body, an operation bin is arranged in the box body, a sand leaking plate is connected to an opening of the operation bin through a connecting rod assembly, a bracket is arranged above the sand leaking plate, and a screening plate is arranged on the bracket; a first motor is arranged on the upper side of the sand leaking plate, an output shaft of the first motor is connected with a disc, an eccentric shaft is arranged on the edge of the disc, and the tail end of the eccentric shaft is fixedly connected with the lower side portion of the bracket. A mounting base is further arranged on the upper side of the sand leaking plate, a rocker is hinged to the side portion of the mounting base, and the upper end of the rocker is hinged to the upper side portion of the bracket; a sand leaking opening is formed in the lower portion of the sand leaking plate, and a cover plate is hinged to the upper side portion of the sand leaking plate. Sand in beach garbage can be filtered, follow-up garbage recycling work is facilitated, and in addition, the overall size of the equipment can be effectively reduced in cooperation with driving of the connecting rod assembly.
