本发明公开了一种水利工程用排洪蓄水系统，包括纵横方向设置的排洪河道，分布在排洪河道两侧的蓄水池和对排洪河道水位实时监测控制的控制系统，所述排洪河道内均设有河槽，所述河槽的两端均架设有拦水坝，所述蓄水池内均安装有水源净化装置，所述控制系统包括调速控制柜和坝区LCU控制柜。通过在城市周围设置纵横方向的排洪河道并在排洪河道旁建设蓄水库，实现排洪蓄水目的，同时采用控制系统进行水位自动化控制，减轻了工作强度，并设置拦污栅和水源净化装置提高蓄水水质，储备净化水质，可以为市民提供日常饮用、农田灌溉等，避免造成淡水资源浪费，节能环保。
