The invention discloses a green building foundation reinforcing device and a construction method thereof.The green building foundation reinforcing device comprises a main body frame, a grouting reinforcing module and a bearing module, the main body frame can be installed on an original building foundation, the main body frame is provided with a plurality of supporting rods, and the supporting rods are connected in a transversely and longitudinally staggered mode to form a plurality of installation areas distributed in a square shape; a steel plate is embedded in the bottom surface of each mounting area; the number of the grouting reinforcement modules corresponds to the number of the installation areas, each grouting reinforcement module comprises an anchor column, a seat body, an X-shaped pipe, a grouting pipe and a grouting unit, the seat body is fixedly welded to the bottom side of the installation area, the anchor column is installed in the seat body, and the anchor column can stretch into the interlayer of the original building foundation when the main body frame is installed on the original building foundation. The mode that the main body frame is matched with the grouting reinforcement module is adopted, the main body frame serves as a bottom support, grouting reinforcement is conducted through the grouting reinforcement module, tight connection between foundation layers and the main body frame is guaranteed, and therefore foundation deformation can be restrained.
本发明公开了一种绿色建筑地基用加固装置及其施工方法,包括主体框架、注浆加固模块与承载模块,其中主体框架可装于原有建筑地基上,主体框架具有多根支杆,多根支杆横纵交错连接并形成多个呈正方形分布的安装区,每一安装区底面均嵌装有钢板;注浆加固模块设有多个且其数量与安装区数量对应,每一注浆加固模块包括锚柱、座体、X形管、注浆管与注浆单元,其中座体固定焊接在安装区的底侧,座体内装有锚柱,锚柱可在主体框架装于原有建筑地基上时伸进原有建筑地基的层间。本发明采用主体框架搭配注浆加固模块的模式,通过主体框架做底支撑,并利用注浆加固模块进行注浆加固,以保证地基层间与主体框架的紧密连接,从而可以抑制地基变形。
