The invention discloses a construction quality control method for a bidirectional stirring pile in a coastal dredger fill area. The construction quality control method comprises the following steps: step 1, determining a construction process by pile testing; 2, simulating the outer edge motion trail of the stirring head fins by using Matlab, and determining the number of the fins, the arrangement form, the length of the fins, the distance between the fins and the rotating speed of the stirring head; and thirdly, all-weather intelligent monitoring is conducted on each pile machine through a mixing pile monitoring system, the pile forming time and the liquid flow are monitored in the whole process, and the pile forming quality of the bidirectional mixing piles is controlled in real time. The system has the advantages that stirring head equipment is improved, intelligent monitoring equipment is introduced to be matched with manual work for systematic management and control, the construction quality of the bidirectional cement stirring pile is improved, and the first-pass yield reaches 100%.
