The invention provides a compensation type pre-stressed anchor cable tensioning device. The compensation type pre-stressed anchor cable tensioning device comprises an induction unit and a tensioning unit which are sequentially arranged in the first direction. Wherein the sensing unit comprises a connecting seat provided with a mounting cavity along a first direction, a sensing piece covering the mounting cavity, and an elastic winding piece arranged in the mounting cavity; the tensioning unit comprises a base and an elastic tensioning piece, a containing cavity is formed in the base in the first direction, the elastic tensioning piece is arranged in the containing cavity, and the elastic tensioning piece is provided with pre-tightening force abutting against the limiting assembly; the limiting assembly has a limiting state in which the limiting assembly abuts against the elastic tensioning piece and a tensioning state in which the elastic tensioning piece abuts against the connecting base. The compensation type pre-stressed anchor cable tensioning device aims at solving the problems that in the prior art, stress loss is generated in the long-term use process of an anchor cable, the anchor cable is loosened, the preset tension effect cannot be achieved, and stress compensation cannot be conducted in time.
