The invention discloses a full-automatic sand pumping method for a desilting basin. The full-automatic sand pumping method comprises the following steps: (1) assembling an overwater movable fixed-point sand pumping platform on a sand pumping site of the desilting basin; (2) four anchoring piles are positioned on the peripheral shoreside of the water surface area of the sand pumping site, and the water movable type fixed-point sand pumping platform is connected with the four anchoring piles through mooring ropes and tensioned; and (3) according to the characteristics of the underwater topography and deposits of the sand pumping area measured in advance, determining the spacing distance of sand pumping operation points, the sand pumping depth and the operation time parameters, inputting and compiling the parameters to an automatic operation program process of the overwater movable type fixed-point sand pumping platform, and controlling the overwater movable type fixed-point sand pumping platform to carry out all-directional sand pumping operation on the underwater silt. The sand pumping and discharging efficiency is effectively improved, manpower and material resources are saved, and the sand pumping cost is greatly reduced. The square ship body can be repeatedly used as a sand pumping platform main body, and can also be used as a design universal module for different sand pumping areas.
