The invention provides a concrete module, a joint connecting device and a concrete module building, the concrete module comprises a tetragonal structure formed by connecting a stand column and a beam, the stand column extends in the height direction of the concrete module, and the concrete module further comprises a connecting assembly and a first connecting box which are pre-embedded in the top and the bottom of the stand column respectively. The connecting assembly comprises a connecting piece, and the connecting piece at least partially exceeds the outer contour of the concrete module in the height direction. A first cavity is formed in the first connecting box, the first connecting box is provided with a first connecting hole and a first side opening which are communicated with the first cavity, the first connecting hole is located in the height direction and matched with the connecting piece in size, and the first side opening faces the outer side of the concrete module in the length direction or the width direction. A user can operate from the first side opening to enable the connecting piece of one concrete module to be tightly matched with the first connecting hole of the other concrete module so as to lock the two concrete modules connected in the height direction.
