The invention discloses a glass curtain wall for adjusting air inlet rate, which comprises a wall body, a reinforcing frame and a glass panel, a reflective panel is arranged in the glass panel, a semiconductor chilling plate is mounted on the surface of the reflective panel, and an adjusting device comprises a protective outer frame, a driving motor and a plurality of adjusting fan blades for generating air pressure; the interior of the glass panel is divided into the reflection interlayer and the ventilation interlayer through the reflection panel, then the semiconductor chilling plate is adopted to generate low temperature and high temperature, so that temperature difference is formed in the glass panel, high-temperature gas forms pushing force to push air in the reflection interlayer to the outside, and the air in the glass panel is exhausted to the outside.
