Comprising two corrugated steel layers connected through an embedded part, a plurality of UHPC stiffening ribs are arranged between the two corrugated steel layers at intervals, each UHPC stiffening rib comprises at least one UHPC stiffening rib unit, and the shape of each UHPC stiffening rib unit is matched with the shape between the two corrugated steel layers. The space or the gap between the two corrugated steel layers except the UHPC stiffening ribs is filled with light filler. The fabricated structure is adopted, and compared with cast-in-place construction, the construction speed is increased, and the construction efficiency is high; and the heat preservation function is added, and the bearing capacity is relatively high.
本发明提供一种装配式双层波纹钢‑UHPC加劲肋复合结构及施工方法,属于拱形波纹钢复合结构技术领域。为解决现有的拱形波纹钢屋盖现浇时需要设置侧模,搭建临时支撑,加工工艺高,养护时间长,施工速度慢,且保温效果较差的问题。包括通过预埋件连接的两层波纹钢层,两层波纹钢层之间间隔设置有若干个UHPC加劲肋,UHPC加劲肋包括至少一个UHPC加劲肋单元,每个UHPC加劲肋单元的形状与两层波纹钢层之间的形状相匹配,两层波纹钢层之间除UHPC加劲肋外的空间或间隙填充有轻质填充料。本发明为装配式的结构,相对于现浇施工来说,提高了施工速度,施工效率较高;且增加了保温功能,承载力相对较强。
