Fabricated sliding assembled roof
The invention discloses a fabricated sliding spliced roof which is formed by splicing a plurality of roof modules, every two adjacent roof modules in the span direction of the roof are spliced through connecting plates, and every two adjacent roof modules in the direction perpendicular to the span direction of the roof are fixed through self-locking assemblies. The roof module is sequentially provided with a supporting beam, a lower roof panel, a reinforcing assembly, an upper roof panel, a self-locking assembly and a solar assembly from bottom to top. Flat plate type or special-shaped roof modules are prefabricated on the ground in a partitioned mode, the sliding rails are assembled on the assembling platform and the roof columns for assistance, after the whole modules are prefabricated, the sliding rails are used for sliding, the hoisting pieces are used for hoisting, splicing operation can be achieved on the roof, and then the whole roof system is formed; by the adoption of the installation mode, the installation accuracy can be improved, the working efficiency is optimized, the fixed installation time is shortened, the construction progress is shortened, resource consumption is reduced, and construction safety is improved.
本发明公开了装配式滑移拼装屋面,由若干组屋面模块拼装而成,沿屋面跨度方向的相邻两组屋面模块之间通过连接板拼接,沿垂直屋面跨度方向的相邻两组屋面模块之间通过自锁组件固定;所述屋面模块从下往上依次设有支撑梁、下屋面板、加固组件、上屋面板、自锁组件和太阳能组件;本发明采用在地面分区预制平板型或者异形屋面模块,并利用组装平台和屋面柱上装配滑轨辅助,预制好整体模块后利用滑轨进行滑移,利用吊装件吊装,在屋面上便可实现拼装操作,进而形成整体屋面系统,采用本发明的安装方式能够提高安装精确度、优化工作效率以及减少固定安装时间,缩短施工进度,减少资源消耗,提高施工安全。
